We publish structured, easy-to-follow recipes from across the Mediterranean, always identifying their origin or inspiration. The goal is not to flatten many food cultures into one “Mediterranean” aesthetic, but to help home cooks discover what makes each one distinct.

How recipes are developed

Every published recipe is kitchen-tested and reviewed for clear timings, practical instructions and dependable results.

AI and editorial work

Software may assist with editing, structure and idea generation. It is not used as evidence for cooking safety, nutrition, testing claims or cultural authenticity. Those require reliable sources and human review.
