Method

Knead flour, water and salt into a smooth dough, divide in two and rest.

Mix the chard, spring onions and parsley with a little salt and oil.

Roll both dough pieces into very thin rounds, spread filling over one and cover with the other.

Seal the edge and bake at 230°C until blistered and crisp.

Rub the hot pie with garlic oil and cut into diamond pieces.

Storage
Refrigerate leftovers promptly in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
Freezing
